Load holding valves

Hawe Hydraulics Pvt Ltd, an Indo-German venture, offers load-holding valves in types LHK, LHDV and LHT. These are pressure valves, which build-up the necessary counter pressure against reverse action of lifting, pivoting or turning. They operate at the return side of double acting consumers, e.g., hydraulic motors and cylinders. The internal damping of these valves interferes and suppresses pressure variations, induced by swinging loads. A thread type throttle to suit the service conditions can simply vary the damping. The LHDV (photo) with its advanced damping characteristics can cope even with the most complex or weak systems. Maximum flow rate of the valves is 250 LPM with a maximum working pressure up to 450 bar. The compact dimensions enable installation even under cramped conditions. They are available as individual valves for pipe connection or as screw-in versions. Application: Used where loads have to be sensitively lowered or held safely over a prolonged period such as in truck mounted cranes, excavators, concrete delivery booms and municipal vehicles.
