Liquid Level Sensors

Fluidofork SLF series is a Universal liquid-level sensor in which the resonance frequency of the tuning fork (as small as l28 mm) changes as the fork comes in contact with the fluid activating a relay, which in turn is used for annunciation or control. Compact, easy to install, the instrument has self-cleaning action and has no moving parts. Hence it is absolutely maintenance free and an ideal replacement for the conventional float level switches. There is no calibration required and the measurement is independent of the electrical and chemical properties of the medium. Various process connections including dairy coupling are available. Flameproof version is also available for application in hazardous area. Suitable for high viscous media (up to 10,000 cP) and extreme temperature (up to 120?C). Fluidofork is extensively used in process industries, viz, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food - stuff, cosmetics, etc. Suitable for 230 V AC/110 V AC and 24 V AC/DC supply, the instrument provides standard relay change over output for annunciation or control. Sapcon are the pioneers and the only indigenous manufacturer of vibrating fork type liquid level switches.
