Linkages

Techno Talent offers Linkages. These are used for high speed & long length conveying equipment. These can be used with crank driven conveying equipment. These linkages can be used for high speed and long length conveyors that are presently using metal or non-metallic leaf springs. Shaker conveyors using the linkages with direct mass compensation have oscillating amplitudes of approximately 50 mm and offer transport speed of at least 45 m/minute. The machines run completely free of reaction forces thanks to direct mass compensation. The high dynamic stiffness of the double rocker arms support a near resonance harmonic oscillating movement of the machine which completely excludes any material fatigue of the shaker construction.
