Established in 1971 by our founder late Sri.M.Subbarao, company specializes in design, manufacture and integration of automation equipment. Company has manufacturing units in two locations in Hyderabad (State of Andhra Pradesh in India), well equipped with design, machining and integration facilities. Involute Automation is an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company. Over the years strength of the company has been in developing fully indigenous and customized automation solutions for Foundry, forging, Solar, Pharmaceutical, and Defence industries. Involute Automation is a certified system integrator for M/s ABB Robotics and Cognex vision Systems. Involute linear auto pour moves on a linear track laid between furnaces and dies. Multiple no of furnaces and dies can be served with a single machine. Dies and furnaces are arranged on the either side of the track. Short weights up to 40 kgs can be handled. All axis are driven by servomotors. User interface is through MMI. Linear track can also be used as track motion for robots.
