Linear Feeders

Proaid Engineers (P) Ltd offers a range of Linear Feeders. These units enable horizontal transfer of parts/material in application such as: parts transfer in magazines without gravity help; variable feed rate of material in hopper feeder; uniform feeding material to process equipment; and used as small length conveyor. The following models are available which is to be selected based on length of magazine or tray to be mounted. Electronic regulator is provided as standard to vary vibration level and feed rate.
Prod-Aid built conveyors are not merely handling devices but a system with in-built productivity enhancement features such as:

• Fitted with latest drum motor, which is compact and maintenance free
• VFD unit is provided to give infinitely variable belt speed
• Powder coated to with stand industrial duty
• Functional accessories such as – side working table, bin holding trays, railing for tube light, portable tools hanging, electrical trunking and pneumatic push in connectors.
