LINEAR FEEDERS

Hindustan Automation offers Linear Feeders. It reduces vibrations by flat fibreglass and a balance weight held between the vibrator and mounting base that absorb reaction force. The structure without lateral shaking is optimal for conveyance of not only thin but also ordinary small and thin precision components. They can be installed in all sorts of environment. It is best suited for high-speed conveyance of small and thin precision pharmaceutical, automobile, glass, electronic and battery parts. It is available from light duty to heavy-duty type depending upon the components size, thickness and material type. In order to set more feed rate from the bowls to an assembly machine it is recommended to use linear feeders with replaceable guides for different sizes of the components. This will again give trouble free feed rate. Technical specifications: linear feeder - guide length ranges from 300 to 1400 mm; discharge height - as desired; speed rate - as desired; and surface finish - SS surface polished/ hard chrome plating. Applications: pharmaceutical components such as Teflon holders, syringes, pot caps, etc; pen components such as pen tips, caps, body, clips, etc; and rollers, bearings, billets, etc.
