Excel Laser Technology offers Laser Micro Machining Systems, TASKmaster Series. It comes standard with 8 x 8 inch travel tables mounted to a granite base with linear motors and linear encoders providing the ultimate in speed and accuracy, to the micron level. Its programmable Z-axis makes multi-level part processing operator friendly. It is available in a wide variety of laser choices, and available with any specified laser. It is also available with choices for beam delivery, positioning XY tables and workstation. MachineMaster software gives a graphical programming environment. All programs created in the graphic setup can be edited with the Program Text Editor for quick parameter changes and comments. Standard CNC "G" Codes and "M" functions are used. Applications: precision micro-drilling; fine ablation of various materials; and fiber optic cleaving, cutting and welding. Other models available are: TASKmaster XT; TASKmaster XT-G, that comes standard with an 8 Watt ultra stable TEMoo green solid state laser source, programmable gas assist, copper processing nozzle and a unique regulator.
