Kynar Pvdf/Polypropylene Process Pumps

PVDF and polypropylene have a crucial role in hard to handle corrosive and hazardous chemicals in process industry plants. The horizontal pumps manufactured by Ansha Equipments Pvt Ltd, Nashik, are of moulded construction in PVDF or polypropylene for HCL, HF, H2SO4 etc. The impeller is fixed on the shaft and is provided with suitable sleeve/extensions in Hastelloy-C, glass filled PTFE, Alloy-20, etc, to suit the chemical. The pumps are with Grafoil gland packing or an appropriate mechanical seal, Sealol make. The bearing block adaptor is a separate piece and is made of glass filled polypropylene to avoid effect of the corrosion with liquid leakage through the glands. The pumps are available up to 50 m3/hr capacities and heads up to 45 metres. Pumps of glass filled polypropylene construction are also made available. Pumps in polypropylene, Cl, SS 316 and self-priming pumps for solvents are also offered.
