Jumbo bag unloaders

Matcon jumbo bag unloaders, facilitates discharge of materials, from fibres to powders. For a machine to serve its intended purpose of complete and controlled emptying of bulk bags, it is essential to engineer it for specific materials for which it is intended. A live vibrating bag hold hopper ensures complete emptying of bag without really the need to tighten the upper end of bag as it unloads. Specially designed vibration isolation hangers ensure that only negligible vibrations get transmitted to the support structure. The bulk bag unloaders are designed for minimum operator intervention during the entire bag unloading operation cycle. Simplicity of design and ease of operation make the operation inherently safe. For hazardous materials, special glove box and/or mucon iris diaphragm valve are provided to eliminate direct exposure to the material. For one way bags, bag slitter is available. The support legs and frame are amply dimensioned and fully braced. Full load tests of fully assembled machine are carried out to check integrity of weldments and parent metals and also dimensional stability of the structure.
