Joinery fittings in furniture range

With the new joinery fittings such as Minifix, M4 connecting screw, ST insert, maxi connector, barrel nut and cross nut, EBCO now has the largest range in India in furniture range. Few products from the EBCO CKD fittings range are listed below: 1) Minifix - easy and rapid installation with half turn locking. Complete CKD fitting with pre-drilling, available with cap for concealed fitting. Also available with double end bolt and M6 threaded screw with M6 Dowel; 2) M4 Connecting screw - has very good potential and huge demand in modular kitchens (average 60-70 nos. in one kitchen) and furniture. These are priced much cheaper than the imported ones available (1/3 in price); 3) Self-tapping insert - used to join furniture cabinets and cupboards of particleboard. Furniture can be knocked down and reassembled in no time. These are available in 3 lengths - 13, 16 and 20 mm; 4) Maxi connector - used to join wardrobes, cupboards and other heavy furniture. Bolts are available in lengths 65 and 150 mm. Connectors are available for 19 and 25 mm boards. Nuts are available in lengths 10 and 17 mm; and 5) Barrel nut/cross nut - used to join furniture like chairs, tables, cupboards with M6 screws. Furniture can be knocked down and reassembled in no time.
