Internal gear pump

Ahmedabad-based Johnson Pump (India) Ltd, in collaboration with Sweden's Johnson Pump International AB, has begun manufacture of the Type SRTM Internal Gear Pump in India. Ideal for use in a variety of industrial applications, the design enables it to handle a wide range of high or low viscosity products. It is therefore, ideal for handling petrochemicals, chemicals, paints, printing inks, lacquers, resins and adhesives, foodstuffs, chocolate and sugar syrups, animal foodstuffs and fats, soap and detergents, isocyanates and polyols. SRTM pumps are rotary positive-displacement pumps operating in accordance with the internal gear principle. These modular positive displacement pumps are specially designed for handling pure (free from solid constituents) corrosive and non-corrosive liquids. All pumps can be fitted with safety relief valves, flushed seals, heating/cooling jackets. Pressure and vacuum gauges can easily be fitted. The capacity of the pump is up to 80m3/hr (m3 = cubic meter) at an operating pressure up to 25 bar. The pumps casing and rotor is made of CS and SS. The pump is marketed by A.T.E.
