Gloabtel Convergence offers Intelligent Electronic Devices, mRTU. This is a simple and innovative Intelligent Electronic Device (IED), which with it"s minimum I/O capabilities, can be used for spot acquisition of data in real time mode, and transmitting the information in standard protocol such as IEC 101, 104, DNP, etc., either to local data-concentrator or local control centre, or remote control centre as the case may be, via appropriate communication media such as cables PLCC, GSM, etc. Typical applications are feeder/ transformer data acquisition in sub-station SCADA, field RTU (F-RTU) in distribution automation systems, local monitoring and MIS outputs, etc. This product is of special interest to suppliers of SCADA systems to power utilities due to its performance and effectiveness.
