Instrument Case

Vajra Marketing offers instrument cases, single piece, moulded in virgin ABS plastic. The cassette for the case is also available and consists of a front panel plate and a back plate, both moulded in virgin ABS plastic. These front and back panel plates are joined by a base plate and two drilled angles duly fabricated in MS. The cases and cassette front and back are available in a choice of three colours-white, grey and black. Also the case is supplied packed in a corrugated box, which can be reused after fabricating the instrument. Components such as potmeters, thumbwheels, LED indicators, deviation meters, microswitches, seven segment displays, etc, can easily be mounted on the front plate by simple punching/drilling. Similarly the terminal/connector strip can conveniently be fixed on the back plate. The MS base plate offers mounting facilities for transformers (with ready mounting holes), PCBs, relays, SSRs, etc. The cassette is secured within the case by means of screws at the rear. Clamps are provided for flush panel mounting of the case. The case can be used for panel flush mounted instruments like temperature controllers (analogue and digital), timers, counters, DPMS, frequency meters, digital multimeters, insulation testers, meggers and a host of process control instruments, etc.
