Injection moulding machines

Romex Engineers manufactures injection moulding machines with different shot weight capacity in various models. These vertical type injection-moulding machines come in semi as well as fully auto versions with 30 gms and 75 gms shot weight capacity. Model with 15 tonnes locking and 40 gms shot weight capacity is equipped with horizontal toggle clamping unit and vertical screw type injection unit. This machine with variable speed high torque hydromotor efficiently runs on a 3 HP electric motor, and is capable and proficient to process the most demanding engineering raw material. This machine is designed for fast cycling production and can easily replace plunger machine thus reducing product manufacturing and labour costs. The power consumption is too low. Safety devices are provided on all hydraulics, temperature regulating units and moulding systems. The machine can process a variety of thermoplastics including PC, nylons, (6 and 66, filled or unfilled), PA (delrin and celcon), POOM (acrylic), ABS, PPS, PBT, SAN PVC (soft), polyurethane, EPDM based material and foam based material and various other polymer materials. A vertical screw type-moulding machine with 90 gms shot weight capacity and 45 tonnes locking, driven by a 5 HP motor is also produced by the company.
