Injection Moulding Machine

Boss Exports offers an Injection Moulding Machine, Model BS-60, ideal for making industrial items, electrical and electric components, engineering and automobile parts, kitchenware and house hold items, etc. The injection unit comprises geometrically designed gas nitrided screw of high plasticising capacity and long life, with mould safety arrangement to avoid damage to the expensive moulds. The twin hardened toggle clamping unit has high tensile and hard chrome plated tie rods of large diameters, and automatic lubrication system to ensure all toggle points are property greased. Hydraulic ejector and phosphorous bronze/ultra bronze bushes with lubrication arrangement fitted in the moving platen ensure perfect alignment of the mould halves and improve mould life. Standard features: hopper magnet, and anti vibration mounts. Available options: hydraulic core puller, and automatic adjustment of mould height by hydraulic motor.
