Features: Clamping unit: five-point, double toggle system for fast, smooth platen movement and even distribution of the clamp force; stress-relieved, strong machine base frame; four mould opening/closing stages can be set independently for speed, pressure and positions for greater control; low pressure mould safety; freely programmable multistroke ejector function with pulsating facility; auto mould height adjustment with auto tonnage built-up facility; foolproof electrical and hydraulic interlocks for machine safety doors; centralised manual grease lubrication. The injection unit and hydraulics are of excellent standards. Controls: high-speed ECC-5063 controller; adequate isolation and protections for control system; backlit liquid crystal display (LCD) and alphanumeric keyboard; digital position control with linear transducers for injection and clamping; digital setting of all times, in the range of 0.1 to 999.9 seconds; easy function-wise layout of pages and display of set and actual of various process parameters in clear text; auto alarm function for efficient process control; internal storage of up to 147 mould set up data; pack counter and production counter can be set separately; and different password levels to prevent tampering of set parameters. The company also offers plastic injection moulding.
