Injection-moulding machines - POLO series

DGP Windsor India Limited has launched injection-moulding machines - POLO series with efficient hydromotor and twin injection cylinder. These machines give uniform locking and prevent mould shifts. This POLO series has microprocessor controlled hydraulic RAM type injection moulding machines in the range 80-350 tonnes (clamp force). These compact machines have been designed for higher productivity, with user-friendly features. A special POLO-PVC edition of the machine will specifically cater to RPVC fittings. Advanced hydraulic circuit design with proportional valves, minimum piping and completely sealed tanks are the important features of the machine. These machines have very high injection rates that make them most suitable for thin walled, large surface area, long flow path articles and multi-cavity moulds. For bigger moulds, machines with large platen area are available.
