Injection moulding machine, e2 profit series

Electronica offers the new e2 profit series injection moulding machine of 140 tonne capacity.The following are the new features:higher injection rate with same connected load (switchable on selection from normal to high speed); higher plasticizing rate; high response hydraulics for improved cycle times; self lubricating bushes for toggle links for a clean operation; lower oil requirement; and advanced controller features - high speed CPU, large LCD, graphic display and production monitoring. The controller, ECC 7063, has the following features: high speed CPU; 153 mm x 116 mm LCD display; multi stage speed, pressure control for injection and clamping; graphic display for injection pressure, position and time and for set and actual temperature values; 5 + 1 temperature controller zones with fuzzy logic, offering ?1?C accuracy and oil temperature indication with auto trip off facility; suck back before and after refilling; 2-stage speed/pressure control for carriage forward; auto mould height adjustment with auto tonnage setting; multi stroke ejector with pulsating ejector facility; production monitoring function with alarm log facility for last 100 cycles; 2 settable alpha numeric passwords; display of cycle time with other timers with upper limit alarm; parallel port for printer interface; and self diagnostic function.
