Litel Infrared Systems offers an Infrared Booster For Rubber Vulcanising. The application of this booster is to increase the temperature on the SS belt in a rotocure rubber vulcanising machine. Features: Fits in the small space available in side machine; contoured to make use of maximum possible heating length; and sturdy long wave panels - maintenance free operation. Specifications: power - for many years, capable of producing temperature in the range 150ºC - 200ºC; temperature - 150ºC on product surface; web width - can be designed for any width; and controls - closed loop automatic control through online non-contact, temperature sensor, PID controller and thyristorised power controllers (both rubber sheet and SS belt temperature can be controlled).
