The range includes: 1. For solids, oils and liquids – a vast range of industrial vacuum cleaners designed specifically for the mechanical engineering sector and the simultaneous suction of swarf, oil and lubricants. These machines are capable of separating liquids from solids using a macro filtration process that allows the reuse of the oils for the machine tools involved in production. The unit that separates the swarf can also be fitted with a nylon filter that increases the filtration of the oils before they are used again; 2. Advanced system for expulsion of liquids – emptying liquids is simple, efficient and rapid thanks to them reverse flow system that takes advantage of the air produced in the turbine to discharge the sucked liquids. In this way, there is no need for the use of pumps or the more primitive and basic methods that use the force of gravity. The system not only guarantees speed but also, in terms of reliability, the best alternative to pumps that are usually used, which are often prone to blockage due to the type of material that is not always filtered successfully or the presence of sludge in milling machinery; 3. Automatic shut-off for liquids – ideal when the suction of large quantities of liquid is necessary, also with the hose immersed, as the machine with shut off automatically when the maximum level is reached and automatically turn on again once the lever has been moved to reverse the airflow for the expulsion of the liquids in the tank; and 4. Compact but with unlimited capacity – with the correct configurations, these compact models are capable of emptying tanks that contain even very large quantities of liquid and offer continuous and autonomous operation. In fact, these models are fitted with a pump for the expulsion of liquids and a safety float valve that turns off the machine when the maximum level of liquid has been reached and automatically turns it on again when the level is lowered. Problematic blockages in the pump are avoided thanks to the reverse flow system that, using air, keeps the passage for liquids free from any obstructions.
