Illuminated magnifiers

Lensel Optics offers high quality, high performance illuminated magnifiers combining the best of mechanical construction with superb lighting and optical performance. The magnifier has large size (130 mm dia) specially designed precision lens that gives 4X area magnification without any chromatic and spherical aberration over the entire field of view thus providing the perfect strain free vision. The lens provides bi-ocular vision with depth perception and a comfortable 250 mm working distance underneath, thus providing good operation under the lens. A 22 watt circular fluorescent tube housed in a tough ABS shed around the lens provides light that is shadow less glare free cool and of day light colour thus providing perfect illumination for all operations under the lens. An additional parallel lens (which can be swivelled in and out of view in combination with the main lens when required) is provided as an accessory. This lens is very useful for inspection of a particular area of interest at high magnification, ie, (10X) area. Easy positioning of lens at any point in any orientation is made possible by spring balance stand with feather touch movement that has a reach of 900 mm (3.5 feet) from the base.
