Soft ice cream machines are constructed to last for years of trouble free running. A patented inverter control system controls the machine operation including the consistency, which results in the perfect ice cream texture. Electro-Mechanical controls ensure trouble-free working under any conditions. The machines are designed to withstand power fluctuations and high ambient temperatures. Machines are available in single phase and 3- phase options. Independent refrigeration to hoppers ensure consistent The machines have simple beaters with self-sharpening scraper blades that are cost effective meaning only the blades need to be replaced. Use of CFC-free refrigerant and CFC-free thermal insulation means the machines are eco-friendly. The chassis is hot Zinc Coat hence is practically rust free. All electrical, refrigeration & insulation material used are of international standards. The Group is also known for the Dairy Den chain of ice cream parlours.
