HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS

Jaws Manufacturing offers Hydraulic Cylinders. It operates at high speeds. It is used for actuating power chucks/ collect chucks on any machine. It is supplied with check valves that helps to retain pressure in the event of a hydraulic failure such as power failure, pipe burst, sudden drop in oil supply. It is equipped with catchers to collect oil running through the machine spindle and return it to the reservoir. It must have a 10-micron filter, which must be checked regularly and changed periodically. Special features: Its design is such that the distributor shaft rotates on special bearing with controlled oil lubrication which facilitates the cylinder to be started at very high speed. Accessories for hydraulic rotary cylinder: adaptor for cylinder, back plate for chuck, drawbar, partial hollow system including adaptor for CYL and drawtube.
