Hydraulic triplex plunger pumps

MGS high pressure hydraulic triplex plunger pumps feature new technology and advanced engineering to meet the rigorous demands of the industry"s flow control problems. Its horizontal design allows easy access to facilitate maintenance and inspection. The finest quality construction and years of engineering expertise and know-how gives assurance long and continuous trouble free service. Applications: testing of high pressure boilers, vessels, valves etc; drive for hydraulic presses; high pressure cleaning and descaling; charging of accumulators, water infusion, hydraulic supply in mines; LPG storage and pipe lines testing, reverse osmosis, etc. Features: MGS pumps are designed for long life, easy maintenance and simple installations. Adequate provision for plunger conversion: reduction gear is coupled externally for trouble free and easy maintenance; the crankshaft is oil flooded with splash lubrication to cross heads; pulsation dampener is provided on delivery side for continuous and smooth operations; and pressure regulator cum automatic unloader valve regulates pressure from zero to rated capacity. This also saves power consumption, by passing the pressure not required; MGS pumps are designed to run at lower speeds (100/200 RPM) for longer life; and water cooling arrangement to the plungers for handling hot fluids.
