Machine Tools Traders offers Hydraulic Surface Grinding Machines, Supertec. It is highly precise. It has table size 200 x 500 mm, 300 x 600 mm, 400 x 800 mm, 500 x 1000 mm and 500 x 1500 mm. Special features: all slideways are precisely hand scraped and laminated with Turcite-B allowing a low friction and stable movement to retain high accuracy; the spindle is incorporated with 4 pieces of preloaded class 7 super precision angular contact ball bearings in a constant temperature control room to provide a low temperature rise and noise free rotation; vertical rapid traverse is performed by AC motor to increase working efficiency; a tidy and concise electrical cabinet is supplied with low voltage control for double protections easy for maintenance; and all switches are located at the control panel for easy and convenient operation. Standard accessories: grinding wheel with flange, wheel extractor, balancing arbor, diamond dresser, hydraulic system, auto lube system, tool box with adjusting tools, levelling screws with blocks, and coolant system. All size of surface grinders are available in three models: (1) A-Hyd long feed motorised crossfeed a rapid vertical down feed; (2) AD-Hyd long feed motorised cross feed and auto downfeed; and (3) ADCII-Hyd long feed, motorised cross feed and auto down feed with spark out and plunge grinding and crisscross grinding. Other products offered are cylindrical grinders, centre-less grinders, CNC universal cylindrical grinders and CNC centre-less grinders.
