Hydraulic shears

Jekson Machinery Pvt Ltd manufactures hydraulic shears with HCHCR/HCSR steel blades that are most suitable for cutting mild and stainless steel. The bed table and side frames of the machine are welded together. The table surface is machined and bolted with hardened transfer bars for easy handling of sheets and operators? safety. Clearance setting can be done quickly and can be adjusted from minimum of 0.04 mm to 32 swg. Hydraulic cylinders are precisely honed and assembled with hard chromed piston rods and are linked to cutting beam with permanently lubricated spherical bearings. Hydraulic system is mounted on top at rear side of the machine. The motorised back gauge is controlled from the front console by push buttons. The position of back gauge is displayed on DRO. Second position can be preset and run with auto stop arrangement. Positive hold-downs before shearing avoid slippage of sheets and thus prevent blades from damages. Independent operation of hold-downs facilitates clamping of sheets.
