HYDRAULIC PRESSES, POWER OPERATED

Dowel Engineering Works manufactures Hydraulic Presses. These are available in capacities ranging from 15 to 200 tonnes in manual operating system. The 25-tonne capacity machine has a distance between ram to bed of 175 x 800 mm. These presses are suitable for operations like straightening, bending, pressing, drawing, embossing, broaching, breaking and joining of steel, iron, plastic, rubber and plywood, gold/ silver monogram embossing, auto service station, repairing workshop, etc. Besides, the company has built many presses according to customer"s specific requirements like double cylinder hydraulic press, vertical and horizontal hydraulic press, with both machines working with separate hand operated DC valve as well as pressure control valve with one power pack unit. In power operated hydraulic press the pressure can be regulated by pressure control valve. In panel board operated press the facility could be provided for two-hand operation, inching operation, continuous ram travel movement and ram stroke setting. It also offers electrical bed lifting attachment as well as mobile cylinder, vertical movement of cylinder and horizontal movement of the body of the machine.
