Hydraulic presses, manual/power operated

Indotech Industries manufactures a range of hydraulic presses in capacities ranging from 5 - 200 tonnes in both manual (15 to 75 tonnes) and power operated systems (5 to 200 tonnes). These presses are suitable for industries manufacturing electrical motors, submersible pumps, ball bearings; and in workshops and auto service stations for operations like straightening, bending, pressing, drawing, embossing, broaching of steel, iron, plastic, rubber and plywood, etc. The column and bottom of the frame are fabricated from heavy mild steel. The working table is operated vertically and adjusted by worm winch. Rollers are provided for handling heavy work. The hydraulic cylinder is made of seamless pipe with accurate boring, grinding and honing, the piston made from special rigid steel with the same accuracy. The hand pump is double plunger type, which gives quick ram travel with low pressure and slow speed, develops with high-pressure plunger. The required power pack is provided with gear pump, vane pump, plunger pump, control valve, connecting hosepipes, pressure, meter, etc. The pressure on piston rod can be adjusted from 5% to maximum pressure by safety valve.
