Hydraulic presses

Dowel Engineering Works offers Hydraulic presses that are available in capacity ranging from 15 to 300 tonnes in manually and motor driven operating system. The presses are engaged in works of straightening, bending, pressing, drawing, embossing, broaching, breaking and joining of steel, iron, plastic, rubber and plywood, gold/silver monogram embossing, auto service station, repairing workshop, electric motor, submersible pumps mosaic tiles, etc. The machines are also useful in fibreglass reinforced plastic industries. There is a choice of different operating systems, like hand operated, power operated, hand cum power operated, panel board/push button operated and foot operated. The company has built many presses according to the customer"s specific requirements like the double cylinder hydraulic press, vertical and horizontal hydraulic press as the both machines are working with separate hand operated DC valve as well as pressure control valve with one power pack unit, two "C" type production press mounted on a table for assembly unit with foot switches and quick ram travel. In power operated hydraulic press the pressure can be regulated by pressure control valve. In panel board operated press the facility could be provided for two-hand operation, inching operation, continuous ram travel movement and ram stroke setting. It also offers electrical bed lifting attachment as well as mobile cylinder, vertical movement of cylinder, and horizontal movement of the body of the machine.
