B R Enterprises offers Precision Hydraulic Machine Vices. It is available in sizes 300 and 150 mm open jaws. It is used for heavy-duty milling and other CNC machine centre operations and job holding purpose in various machine tools. Hand scraped surfaces include vice base, swivel base, jaw mounting surfaces and all sliding surfaces of vice body and moveable jaw. The lead screws are made up of tool steel and are hardened. The jaw plates are cases hardened and ground. A graduated swivel base allows vice be rotating through 360° and locking in position. Swivel base and clamping handle are removable.
