Hydraulic Indexing Tables

CNC Technologies offers Hydraulic Indexing Tables. These tables are available in both vertical and horizontal mounting versions. These indexers are widely used in special purpose machines. Smaller diameter tables like dia 200 mm and dia 255 mm are also available in pneumatic version. The number of indexing positions can be selected in the divisor of 72, e.g., 2-, 4-, 6-, 8-, 12-, 24- and 36-station indexing is available. Once a number is selected, it remains fixed and cannot be altered. There is no undesired faceplate lifting while indexing. These tables can also be used on CNC vertical machining centre in place of NC rotary table if the application involves only fixed indexing followed by machining for a mass production of one type of component. It saves the cost for servomotor and servo amplifier. 2 stations indexing table with a rectangular faceplate with T slots can be used as a rotary pallet changer for travelling column vertical machining centres. The pallet change time is faster of the order of 4 sec for 180 degree indexing and it offers higher indexing accuracy consistently over a long term as there is no pallet and pallet mechanism is involved.
