HYDRAULIC HIGHLIFT ELECTRICAL OPERATED MAINTENANCE PLATFORM

Technical Enterprises offers Scissor Platforms. It is an electrical operated hydraulic high lift and reach up to a height of 9 m. It is used in places where very high equipments are installed or material/ items have to be shifted from ground floor to first floor/ second floor. The low capacity model is used for servicing of overhead cranes. It can be fixed in a pit, by which the top will be flush with the shop floor. In mobile version, it can move around by pulling or pushing. All the wheels have two ball bearings with dust covers, for smooth running. Electric push buttons are provided on the control panel for raising and lowering the table. Two limit switches are provided for limiting the raised height as well as the lowered height. One person can handle the job by this type of lifting platform under hydraulic cushion. The hydraulic cylinders fitted in the system are of high quality and high degree of finish and leak proof. It has got the necessary railings for human safety. In its raising position the frame does not swing or sway, which gives a feeling of safety and security to the operator. It is specially designed of steel sections, which are of light and maximum strength.
