Pan Asiatic Overseas Co offers hydraulic hammers/pneumatic tools manufactured by Vistarin of Italy. The range includes 8 models from 90 kg to 300 kg with standard frame or with bracket frame suitable for excavators from 0.8 to 10 tonnes. The extended shape piston design ensures a better transfer of the impact power during the breaking process. The nitrogen contained in the upper chamber of the head of the breaker, increases considerably the breaking power compared with another breaker of the same class and same weight. This nitrogen gas operating system reduces considerably the vibrations transmitted to the excavator hinged arm. The breaker is designed to withstand extremely high counter-pressure, even on equipment with pressurized auxiliary hydraulic system. Therefore the performance of the breaker is not influenced at all by the counter-pressure value that can be reached 27 kg/cm?. The structure of the bracket is designed in order to result particularly close and tapered. Besides the hydraulic hoses are placed in optimal position not to interfere during work. On designing the breaker, noisiness of the machine has been taken into great consideration, in fact particular rubber pads have been placed both inside and outside of the equipment, allowing to reduce the propagation of noises and resonance harmful for the hearing of the operator and for the other people working in the same area. The particular operating system working by means of nitrogen gas, has eliminated the classic rubber membrane, cause of frequent machine breakdowns.
