Hydraulic Fixed Rake Angle Shears

Nugen Machineries offers Hydraulic Fixed Rake Angle Shears, FR Series. The Machines are manufactured as per IMTMA (Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers Association). These machines are available with a pair of hydraulic cylinders, which forces the cutting beam with a torque tube for synchronization. Major hydraulic components are rated for 310 bars yet maximum working pressure is less than 160 bar thus ensuring minimum breakdowns and trouble free operation. Built in overload protection protects the machine and blades against damages due to overload. Uniform gentle shearing reduces impact load on blades enhancing their life, reducing regrinding costs and permitting shearing of brittle or coated sheets. Both top and bottom HCHCr blades have four usable edges and are completely interchangeable. The stroke length is adjustable according to the job length reducing idle travel and increasing productivity for smaller jobs. Specification: Cutting Capacity: 2 mm to 4 mm and Length: 1500mm and 2500 mm.
