Usha Hydraulics manufactures precision honed hydraulic cylinders, conforming to international standards. Standard bore diameters are 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, 125, 160, and 200 mm. Standard pressure ratings are 250 kg/cm?. The company has precision honing facility up to 6 metres length and 450 mm dia. Types of cylinders made are single/double acting, double ended, telescopic/multistage and vehicle stabilizer rams. The special small bore high pressure series for machine tools covers standard bore diameters 22, 25, 32, 40, 50, and 63 mm and pressure 40 to 80 kg/cm?. These are available in tie rod/non-tie rod construction.
