HYDRAULIC CRIMPING TOOLS

Crimp Techniques offer Hydraulic Crimping Tools. It is a heavy-duty device for normal PILC, XLPE, cables as well as for overhead line conductors. It offers optimum performance. Technical Specifications: crimping capacity - 10 mm2 to 1000 mm2 (H-400 -10-400, H-630 - 10-630 and H-1000 -10-1000); 3 different tools for jobs with different capacities; maximum output pressure - 700 bar, 10,000 PSI; reservoir capacity - 2.0 litres; crimping dies (provided with tools) - 50 mm2 to 400 mm2; and a set of hexagonal dies is provided, additional dies from 10 mm2 onwards can be provided separately. Features: compactly designed jacks allows crimping at remote places; insertion and removal of cables on jack made easy by provision of sliding pin; specially designed and heat treated crimping dies ensure reliable joints; tools can be provided with pressure gauge to monitor crimping performance; and pump head made from forged steel ensure steady leak-proof performance.
