HYDRAULIC AUTOCYCLE DRILLING MACHINE & DRILL HEADS

Pragati Hydraulics manufactures Hydraulically Operated Auto Cycle Drilling Machine and Drill Heads. It is suitable for single hole drilling as well as multi drilling units. It is fully automatic. It executes auto-cycle when "cycle start" button is pressed on control panel. It is pillar type construction and has very rigid cast iron column and a table. Drill head is a quill feed unit where the quill is incorporated in the cylinder rod so that axis of drill is in line with the thrust. Spindle is supported on two taper roller bearings. Feed is infinitely adjustable via pressure compensated feed control valve. The drill head can be mounted in "bolt on" fashion on a base, as all the control elements such as limit switches and feed valve are mounted on the head itself. The drilling machine is available in three different capacities, viz, 40, 25 and 12 mm dia. Extra features available include dual feed, dual speed and wood picking cycles.
