HOTMELT DISPENSING SYSTEM

Klebatech India offers Electric Hot Melt Adhesive Applicator Systems, Series KT10. It is used for manual and automatic packaging and product assembly applications. It has a modular construction designed to heat tank 4.5 kg of hotmelt in granulate, slat, pellet or pastille form. The heater and tank assemblies are designed for ensuring minimal hotmelt-degradation due to charring in order to ensure smooth flow of hotmelt through the optimally constructed heating hose and hotmelt heads provided with inline filters. All three heating zones, viz, tank, hose and head, are controlled individually through separate electronic temperature controllers in a temperature range of 35°C to 230°C. Features include: hotmelt adhesive in different forms such as granulate, pellets blocks can be easily worked with; special pressure relief valve provided to regulate system pressure and ensure safe working; Teflon coating to hotmelt tank to prevent adhesive degradation and charring; and adhesive flow easily adjustable through a conveniently located regulator.
