Heat Plast International offers Hot Air Thermoplastic/ Tarpaulin Welding Guns, Quick-L-2000. It is used for hot air thermoplastic and tarpaulin welding. It is suitable for continuous operation and can be used in harsh environments. It is used for welding any thermoplastic materials like polyethylene, ABS, HDPE, PVC etc. Its temperature is 420/ 650 degree C and air flow is 220 L/ min. Its power rating is 630 Watts and voltage is 230V. Features: Externally replaceable carbon brush and plug in type heating element for easy and fast replacement; unique off-cold-heat setting for increased heating element life. It is sturdy and robust in construction. Other models available are Quick-L-2004, Quick-L-2007, Quick-L-Electronic, Quick-L-Digital and Quick-Mini-Electronic.
