Leister, Switzerland, offer hot- air blower in India through the Mumbai-based Hetal Sales Corporation for plastic welding through the contact less method. The hot-air blower supplies hot air through the nozzles, which is directed to the plastic parts to be welded together. The air stream can be adjusted, as finely as necessary for welding of various thickness of plastic materials. Temperature is electronically, stepless controlled from 20 degree C to 600 degree C and hot air flow is adjustable from 3 to 300 ltrs/min. Features: Increased carbon brush life of the motor Carbon brushes are easy to change. Under certain conditions it is possible to build the tool into machines and appliances. Connections of ESD- lead to the standard size stud is possible. A selection of 92 different standard size nozzles is available.
