Hetal Sales Corporation offers Hot Air Guns. It is a thermoplastic welding gun. It is used for welding of any plastics like PVC, HDPE, IDPE, ABS, etc. It supplies flame less hot air through the nozzles, which is directed to the plastic parts to be welded together. It is used for medium duty applications. It is designed to withstand extremely harsh industrial environments. It is possible to build the tool into machines and appliances with either adjustments or additional minor fabrications. It is specialised for applications like bending/ welding of thermoplastics. The hot air stream can be adjusted, as finely as necessary for welding of various thickness of plastic material. Temperature is electronically, step less controlled from 40°C to 600°C. Other features includes unique off-cold-heat setting which increases heating element"s life.
