HOSE-CRIMPING MACHINE

Hydro-Electric Machinery offers a heavy duty Hose-Crimping Machine. The machine can accurately crimp high-pressure hoses, ranging from 3/16" to 2" ID. This machine is a vertical model with a hollow ram. The hydraulic cylinder develops a crimping force of 540 tonnes. Features include compactness, very low sound level, no vibration, no foundation required, and also can crimp nuts of hose-end fitting. It is very safe and easy to operate; changing dies for various sizes of hose pipes are very convenient and easy, could be done in two minutes time; and a wide range of elbows and fittings can be crimped on this machine.
