Gayatri Industrial Engineers offers Hose Clamp Manufacturing Machines. It is suitable for 1.6 mm thick strips and 2 clips at a time. It is hydraulically operated and electrically controlled. Tooling set complete with mandrel and side pushing tools and top pressing tool are accurately manufactured to give required accuracy and take care of spring back allowance. Hose clip blanks are manually loaded on machine and or pressing of start button, all sequential operations are carried out automatically to produce hose clips. It can be designed and manufactured for different sizes of clip as per clients requirements.
