Arihant Industrial Corporation Ltd manufactures honing machines in models Arihone 75 HM/75 HA with manual/automatic honing cycle features. In the model with manual honing cycle, the operator has to load the job on the tool and press the pedal. The honing tool will start rotating and operator has to reciprocate the job manually. The cycle has to be continued till the desired size is achieved. In case of machines with automatic honing cycles, the operator has to just load the component on the fixture, press the pedal and wait till the honing cycle is completed at the end of predetermined time set on timer or at the end of the achievement of the required size. Application: for honing automotive components such as connecting rods, rocker arms, valve guides, brake cylinders, bushes and bearings, gears, sewing machine parts and diesel fuel injection components on batch/mass production basis.
