Honing capacity is as follows: ID range - 38-625 mm; length - up to 10 m; tolerance: H7/ H8 or as required; and finish - under 0.4 microns Ra. The company also specialises in deep-hole drilling, counter boring, and honing operations in all types of steel and stainless rounds and tubes. Manufacturing of custom-built hydraulic cylinders as per drawings/ samples and also reconditioning of hydraulic cylinders is done. The company also excels in blind honing, which is considered a difficult operation.
