JK Files & Tools offers a wide range of quality hole saws manufactured by The L S Starrett Co, Scotland. These are used extensively throughout the electrical, construction, automotive, aircraft, marine, engineering, heating and plumbing industries. They are useful in preparing installation holes economically, through all types of partitions, walls, floors, ceilings, boats, vehicle bodies, boilers, pipes and baths. There are four types of hole saws, namely: bi-metal, carbide tipped, carbide and diamond grit. These have exceptional strength, durability and shatter resistance for user safety. These hole saws are available in 58 standard sizes ranging from 9/16" (14 mm) to 8-9/32" (210 mm) diameter. Carbide tipped hole saws have teeth of high hardness and are ideal for use on hard and abrasive materials and hard metals. These are available in 32 sizes ranging from 3/4" (19 mm) to 6" (152 mm) diameter and have great wear and heat resistance. Carbide Grit hole saws rapidly cut glass resins, asbestos, ceramics, marbles and many other abrasive materials. Diamond Grit hole saws rapidly cut very hard abrasive materials, granites, glass, etc. Both Carbide and Diamond Grit hole saws are available in 53 standard diameters ranging from 9/16" (14 mm) to 6" (152 mm). All hole saws have a maximum cutting depth of 1-1/2" (38 mm) except carbide tipped - 1-5/8" (41 mm) and are complemented with full range of accessories including arbors, pilot drill, arbor extensions, morse taper adaptors and ejector spring.
