Hole drilling machine, automatic

Heritage Machines offers universal automatic holes drilling machines. This full automatic machine is designed to drill up to 6 radial holes at a time of 5 mm capacity on round components. Required holes pattern can be achieved by changing angular position of drill units. Component can be axially adjusted. Drill units are driven by flexible shafts, have chrome plated spindle pneumatically actuated with integral federate control. Spindles have rapid approach, feed, fast retract cycle with positive depth stop. Spindles with individual motor, with hydraulic feed are also available. Units have slim construction to achieve close drill patterns. Automatic job clamping and indexing can also be provided. Application: oil holes in pistons, automobile components, bearing bushes, nozzles, spindles brass fittings, etc.
