High Efficiency Spiral Nozzles

Bete Fog Nozzle Inc,,USA, makes spiral nozzles that produce very small droplet diameter 30 to 50% finer than whirl nozzles. Their high energy efficiency uses low pumping pressure, giving more coverage and flow rate compared to equivalently rated whirl nozzles. Features include fine atomization, clog-resistant design, absence of internal vane or whirling part, high discharge velocity, small size, full cone and hollow cone spray patterns, and 50? to 180? spray angle. The spiral nozzles are widely used to scrub hydrofluoric acid, ammonia, and other highly soluble gases; aerate waste water; cool hot flue gases and cooling pond; suppress stone, coal and other dust in vent ducts; for fire protection; to protect off-shore platforms, storage tanks, hazardous loading areas and equipment bays, coal conveyors, fuelling and vulcanizing cabinets. Available materials of construction are brass, bronze, LC steel, stainless of various grades, Monel, nickel, Inconel 625, Hastelloy B, G, C, C276, C22, titanium, zirconium, tantalum, stellite, silicon carbide (reaction bonded), PVC, CPVC, polypropylene, Teflon, UHMW and PVDF.
