High Pressure Pipes

Shandong Jinguang FRP Group offers High Pressure Pipes. It is developed based on the low-pressure pipe production and according to the practical using in oil field to be used for oil transportation. It is made by high strength E-fiber and epoxy resin under computerized filament winding process. Diameter range: 38 mm to 200 mm (1.5 inch to 8 inch), pipe length: 30feet. Working pressure rate: 3.5 Mpa to 25 Mpa. The highest working temperature: 100 degree C. It offers good high-pressure resistance, good corrosion resistance, and long service life. It is light weight, easy installation and transportation. It has screw connection, good sealing performance. It provides small friction coefficient, no dirt deposition inside pipe, excellent hydraulic characteristics. Applications: brine or fresh water transferring pipe; sewage water disposal transferring pipe; fire fighting water pipe; crude oil and natural gas carrying pipe; processing pipe of petroleum chemical; tank connection pipe and other liquid disposal system pipe; oil collection pipe for single well; water injection pipe; seawater desalting equipment.
