HIGH PRESSURE HEATLESS AIR DRYERS

Mellcon Engineers offer High Pressure Heatless Air Dryers. It is available in operating pressure range from 60 bar g to 260 bar g and air flows ranging from 30 to 200 CFM (50 m3/hr to 340 m3/hr) for compressed air and gases. The unique high-pressure block valve design provides unparalleled reliability, easy maintenance and safety from dangerous high-pressure leaks. Integrated pre-filter and after filters are provided as standard equipment making installation a two-connection job. Suitable controls for offshore or hazardous duty applications are available on request. It is used for various industrial applications where air/ gas at high pressure in dry form is required. Some of the other high pressure industrial applications are: air circuit breakers, high pressure generator starting, high pressure gas filling in bottles, high pressure H2 for turbine cooling, high pressure testing, high pressure process gas application, etc. Features: fully automatic and ready to install; outlet dew point up to -160ºC or better; low power consumption; available capacity from 50 m3/hr to 340 m3/hr; and operating pressure up to 400 bar g.
